We will use the lens of yoga teachings about differing dharmas in various stages of life as you are nourished with yoga practices, relaxation, and delicious meals. This is an unique opportunity to deepen your experience and understanding of yourself through yoga. Share extended yoga and play time with friends in the beautiful setting of Santa Sabina Center in nearby San Rafael.

Accommodations
Santa Sabina is a retreat center founded by the Dominican Sisters, adjacent to the beautiful wooded 100-acre Dominican College Campus. From the quiet of Santa Sabina's inner courtyard garden and adjoining chapel, the spirit of tranquility and simplicity permeates the Center. Santa Sabina is ecumenical in its philosophy and offers a place of quiet and beauty. Map/Directions
Accommodations are single or double occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms. All meals are included with your package price.

$420 double / $480 single
Early Registration Discount
Before 9/21/08:
$380 double / $440 single
For early registration discount, please send your deposit of $200 to hold your place. The balance will be due on November 1, 2008. Cancellations before November 1st will receive a partial refund of deposit ($100). After that time, there will be no refunds for cancellation.
