All classes are taught in the Viniyoga tradition with emphasis on moving with the breath and adapting poses to the individual. All classes listed below are suitable for beginners.
San Francisco Classes
Mondays, from 6:00-7:15pm -- January 9 - 30

Five week Series $65, Drop-in Price $15
For Friday classes, mail a check to Dawn Summers, or pay (drop-in price) when you arrive. To pay for other classes, register at the studio.
Pacifica Classes
Wednesdays, from 5:00-6:00pm -- starts January 4, ongoing
