Exploring the Chakras

The energy centers (chakras) express physiological and psychological-emotional functioning or blockages. Through intentional movement, breath, and guided awareness, we will deepen into the qualities, imbalances, and healing potential of each cakra in a steady and progressive way. We will also discuss and do some personal reflection on your relationship with the aspects of the featured chakra.
